How we engage

Support matched to the assignment.

Assignments may be focused projects, phased programmes or continuing partnerships. Scope, deliverables, governance and resourcing are agreed before delivery begins.

01 / Advise

Strategic advisory

For a defined business question, strategic decision or executive advisory need.

Assessment, recommendations and an actionable roadmap.

02 / Transform

Transformation engagement

For substantial operational or organizational change.

A transformation blueprint, prioritized workstreams and an implementation programme.

03 / Implement

Implementation partnership

For sustained support alongside management.

Delivery coordination, progress reviews and refinement over an agreed period.

How an engagement runs

Clear steps, clear ownership.

Agree the scope

Scope, deliverables, responsibilities, reporting, payment milestones, acceptance criteria and change control are written into a consultancy agreement before work begins.

Establish the baseline

Early in the engagement we measure where the organization stands today, so that targets and progress are judged against evidence, not opinion.

Deliver and report

Regular programme management with your team leads, a tracker for every task, and a monthly progress report covering completed work, delays, decisions needed and indicators.

Accept and hand over

Each milestone is formally accepted or returned with written reasons. Training and knowledge transfer prepare your team to carry the work forward.

Who decides what

  • TDL designs and recommends.
  • Your board and management approve.
  • Your own team leads implementation day to day, with our support.
  • Changes to scope, cost or timeline are agreed in writing by both sides.
